Griftland College is a Christian school for mavo (vmbo-tl), havo and vwo in Soest. Griftland College intends to realize new construction within the municipality of Soest.

The current building is outdated and no longer meets the current requirements and educational vision. The goal is to realize a new building with a GFA of approximately 12,000 m2 in 2026.

This is put out to tender in order to achieve the objective. For both the Construction part (via separate tender with number 400331) and the Installation technical part, the best contractor is selected by means of a restricted European tender procedure.
