The object of the order is the collection and development of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Gąsawa and the collection and management of waste selectively collected from the owners of the owners of the real estate, on which residents resided within the administrative boundaries of the Gąsawa Municipality and from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste located on a plot of land number 122/2 within the register of Lysinin, Gąsawa, collection and development of biowaste accumulated in containers located on real estate inhabited in the territory of the municipality of Gąsawa.

The subject of the contract also includes:

• equipping the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Gąsawa with facilities for selective collection of municipal waste and

• equipping PSZOK with containers and containers for selective waste collection

Subject of the order includes: collection and development of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Gąsawa; Reception and management of waste selectively collected from property owners , on which residents located within the administrative boundaries of the Gąsawa Municipality and from the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste, located on a plot of land number 122/2 within the register of Lysinin, Gąsawa; Reception and development of biowaste accumulated in containers located on real estate inhabited in the territory of the municipality of Gąsawa; Equipment of the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Gąsawa with facilities for selective collection of municipal waste.

Equipment of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste located on a plot of 122/2 in the register of Lysinin, gm. Gąsawa in containers with a capacity of 7000 l (KP7) in the quantity of 5 pcs, containers with a capacity of 120 l in quantity of 4 pcs. municipal waste. Bell type containers with a capacity of 1500 l are available to the Order.Zoning collected from the territory of the municipality of Gąsawa unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01), biowaste (20 02 01) and residues from the sorting of municipal waste intended for storage (19 12 12) in municipal installations. The Contractor shall be obliged to transfer them to the installation of recovery and disposal, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste handling referred to in Articles 17 and 18 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.

Receipt of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste collected in containers and collection of waste selectively collected, including at the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Lysina, collected in bell-type containers, or mesh within a maximum of 72 hours from the moment a submission by the Ordering Party.

Waste intended for receipt in accordance with the waste catalogue and other information are specified in the Order Item Description set out in Annex No 1 to SWZ.
