The framework agreement has as its object the executive design, the coordination of safety during the design phase and the execution of all the works by building contractor and plant engineering necessary for the realization of restructuring and extraordinary maintenance interventions relating to the following buildings:

U03-BIOS, Piazza della Scienza 2, Milan and U04-TELLUS, Piazza della Scienza 4

The interventions are differentiated according to the following phases:

Intervention PHASE 1 - REDEVELOPMENT BUILDING U05 - RATIO: total amount € 9,210,424.57 (VAT and social security charges excluded);

Intervention PHASE 2 - REDEVELOPMENT BUILDINGS U01 - ATLAS AND U02 - QUANTUM: total amount € 8,728,887.39 (VAT and social security charges excluded);

Intervention PHASE 3 - REDEVELOPMENT BUILDINGS U03 – BIOS E U04 – TELLUS: total amount € 7,196,850.16 (VAT and social security charges excluded);
