The subject of this order is the Purchase of electricity for the objects indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. Order — purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ: Estimated electricity demand for the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 5,646 325.00 kWh.

The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued pursuant to them.

Commune Kraśnik and members of the purchasing group as well as their organizational units listed in Annex No 1 to the SWZ shall enter into separate agreements arising from this procedure for the award of a public contract in the mode of unlimited tender for the PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE PURCHASING GROUP THE MUNICIPALITY OF KRAŚNIK. Detailed information concerning the conclusion of contracts by the Municipality and its organizational units are included in the Annex No 1 to SWZ. It will be the responsibility of the selected Contractor to represent the Ordering Party and its organizational units before the competent Distribution System Operator in matters related to the notification of the change of the seller. For the execution of the aforementioned operations, the Contractor shall be granted the appropriate power of attorney (Annex No 4.1 to SWZ)

The Contracting Authority shall act on its own behalf and on the basis of the signed Agreement (Agreement for inspection at the seat of the Ordering Party), on behalf of the following Communes as well as their organisational units as indicated in Annex No 1 to the SWZ:

• Municipalities of Gorzków

• Municipalities of Gościerady

• Municipalities of Krasnystaw

• Municipalities of Lubenia

• Municipalities of Rudnik

• Communes Szastarka

• Communes of Trzydnik Big

• Municipalities of Offices

• Communes of Wilkołaz

• Communes Zakrzówek

Order — purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ:

1) The estimated electricity demand for the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 5,646 325.00 kWh.

2) The estimated value of the order between 01.01.2023 and 31.12.2023 is PLN 5,646 325.00.

3) The performance of the activities arising from the power of attorney constituting Annex 1 to the Designed provisions of the Agreement (Annex No 4.1 to SWZ), in particular the Contractor obliges the Contractor to notify the designated Distribution System Operator to implement the sales contract concluded with the Contractor electricity, the submission of statements of will and the determination on behalf of the Contracting Authority of all necessary information in the field of termination of the existing contract for the sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreement), representation of the Contracting Authority before the competent Operator of the Distribution System in matters related to the conclusion of a distribution service contract.

The Contracting Authority informs that the seller change process takes place in the case of most pre-emptive points once again. Details are included in Annex No 1 to SWZ.
