The subject of this contract is the rental and maintenance (telephone and physical) of 52 voting machines for the 2019 European elections. The contract also includes the training of some users of voting machines and the setting up of each machine before voting, the development and supply of all documentation relating to telephone and physical use and maintenance on the day of each election.

The market is a Services market, treated at a fixed price.
