This opinion concerns a project management contract for the renaturation of three public spaces as part of the Green Fund scheme in the municipality of La Valette du Var.

This is a complete mission of Project Management. The contract is divided into two separate lots:

Lot 1: Project management for the renaturation of the public spaces targeted in the Concession Coeur de Ville II in the Commune of La Valette du Var.

Lot 2: Project management for the renaturation of the targeted public space in the Grand Sud Passion Concession in the Commune of La Valette du Var

Project management missions for the renaturation of public spaces of two sites, targeted in the Coeur de Ville II Concession in the Municipality of La Valette du Var.The project management missions that will be entrusted are those defined in Article L2431-1 as well as that of the decree of 22 March 2019 specifying the technical modalities of execution of the elements of project management mission entrusted by public project owners to private law service providers for the Infrastructure (Rehabilitation) domain. These missions are: DIAG, AVP, PRO, ACT, DET, VISA, AOR, and OPC. The two sites concerned for lot n°1 are as follows:Site n°1: Place Jean Jaurès and Avenue de la 9e DIC and the program of this site is as follows:- The creation of above-ground planters with high plantations in order to treat the urban heat island- The creation of a permanent stage with integration of benches for daily use- The creation of a shade under which market stalls could settle - The planting of subjects of high stems for terraces in pots or planters - The planting of trees in pots or in the ground according to the constraints of the car park - The development of meeting area, shared lane and raised plateau between square and roads- Support for the implementation of a carousel - The coverage of pedestrian access to the unprotected car park- The development of a game of bowls- The expansion of terraces avenue de la 9e DIC- The requalification of the ramp pedestrian- The redevelopment of the car park and the planting of the Avenue de la 9e DIC- The necessary network diversions and supply and installation of networks to accompany the projectThe estimated envelope for the works of site n°1 is set at: 2,700,000 euros HTSite n°2: Place Général de Gaulle. The program of site n°2 is as follows:- Planting of the central part of the square with low planters and trees in pots or embankments- Treatment of tree surrounds of existing plants- Integrated watering- Street furniture- Implementation of adapted signage- The coverage of pedestrian access to the unprotected car parkThe provisional envelope for the work of site n°2 is set at: 700 000 euros HT
