The agreement includes a flat-rate rental price per device, including omnium maintenance and products), supplemented by a cost per printed/copied single-sided page black/white and a cost per printed/copied single-sided page in color. The presumptive quantities of printing/copies specified in the inventory are indicative and do not bind the contracting authority in any way.

The board can place additional orders during the term of the agreement.

Lot 1 includes a rental and maintenance agreement all in of multifunctional photocopy machines and network printers used for office applications, divided into two types of devices according to capacity and print/copy speed.

Lot 2 includes a rental and maintenance agreement all in high-end graphical color photocopiers and network printers that are used for graphics applications, 1 of which will be used as the main unit and 1 as a backup device.
