3.1. The object of the order is:

Package 1 - Operation of the rainwater sewage system together with sewage facilities within the administrative boundaries of the City of Poznań - Left-Bank Package,

Package 2 - Operation of the rainwater sewage system together with sewage facilities within the administrative boundaries of the City of Poznań - Right-Bank Package.

A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is Annex 8 to the SWZ.

The order is divided into 2 parts (packages) by geographical location:

Left-Bank Package – covering the area within the administrative boundaries of the city of Poznań on the left, i.e. the western side of the Warta River, hereinafter referred to as "Package 1",

Right-Bank Package – covering the area within the administrative boundaries of the city of Poznań on the right, i.e. the eastern side of the Warta River, hereinafter referred to as "Package 2".

The subject of the contract is the performance of works / services related to:

• scheduled cleaning of street drains with drains,

• emergency cleaning of street drains with drains,

• planned cleaning of rain sewers,

• emergency cleaning of rain channels,

• emergency restoration of patency of blocked sections of canals and manholes and gullies in order to restore hydraulic patency,

• emergency pumping of rainwater and meltwater,

• operation of absorbent wells,

• inspection and maintenance of rainwater pre-treatment devices (settling tanks and separators),

• operation of rainwater pumping stations (supervision, maintenance, repair),

• emergency repair of the manhole manhole of the storm drain,

• emergency repair of the manhole on the storm water drainage network,

• emergency replenishment of the manhole cover of the rainwater drainage well,

• emergency repair of a broken groove,

• emergency repair of rain drainage,

• emergency replenishment or replacement of the cast iron street drain grate,

• emergency replenishment of polymer concrete grate,

• 5-year review of buildings (in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law – current update): separators, rainwater pumping stations, retention reservoirs), inspection to be carried out in 2023,

The scope of the order also includes:

• purchase of all materials and equipment related to the execution of the order,

• organizing, maintaining and liquidating the necessary site for the needs of works,

• execution of traffic organization projects for the duration of works (if necessary);

• marking the road lane and securing access and access to the property and detours for the duration of works;

• removal of waste from rainwater drains and separators and other waste from the place of works (waste management must comply with the provisions of the environmental protection law and the Waste Act).

The Contractor shall take over liability for the duration of the contract for motor damage caused as a result of, for example, the resulting flood on an obstructed rainwater drain or other related to the implementation of the contract.
