TELEMATIC OPEN PROCEDURE FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE CATERING SERVICE FOR RESIDENTIAL GUESTS AND THE DAY CENTER, HOME USERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE THREE LOCATIONS FOR A THREE-YEAR PERIOD, WITH OPTIONS FOR THREE-YEAR RENEWAL AND TECHNICAL EXTENSION. MEMBER ORGANIZATION: CENTRO SERVIZI SOCIALI VILLA SERENA
The object of the contract (Article 2 of the Specifications) is:
A) the catering service for the elderly of the structures of the Villa Serena Social Services Center, in the three locations of:
1. "Villa Serena" of Valdagno (VI) - Piazza Dante 6 / A with a capacity of 131 resident guests + 20 guests of the Day Center;
2. "Rest Home" of Trissino (VI) - Via Fontanelle, 68 with a capacity of 56 resident guests;
3. "Residenza Il Giardino" of Recoaro Terme (VI) - Via Capitello, 2/1 with a capacity of 29 resident guests;
B) the service of providing meals to elderly people users of the territorial services of the municipalities of Valdagno, Recoaro Terme, Brogliano and Trissino;
C) the service of providing meals for the staff of the Institution.
The service must be carried out according to the requirements of the project approved by the Body with Executive Determination no. 242 of 29/09/2022, and the methods and improvements proposed by the Contractor during the offer.
Meals for elderly people residing in the three offices of the participating body and meals for elderly people using local services can be ordinary, or specific for people with severe dysphagia.
The service also provides meals to family members of residents who request them for anniversaries or parties.
Meals must be produced at the cooking center of the Valdagno headquarters, already equipped with equipment, crockery and everything necessary.
For the Trissino and Recoaro offices, meals must be delivered / conveyed by the company awarded the service.
It should be noted that the service could have further future developments for supply to other Public and Private Bodies, also in relation to the Program Agreement signed between the "Centro Servizi Sociali Villa Serena", the Municipality of Valdagno, the Municipality of Recoaro Terme, the Municipality of Trissino, the Municipality of Brogliano and the AULSS8 Berica, whose validity period runs from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2027.
The methods of carrying out the services comply with the "Guidelines for catering in non-hospital residential facilities" (referred to in the Regional Prevention Plan-PRP 2020-2025, approved with DGRV 1858 of 29.12.2021) approved with DGRV 161 of 22.02.2022 (Annex A to the Specifications).
The service includes the purchase of food, semi-finished products and beverages, the preparation of meals with the purchased foodstuffs, the cleaning of the premises of the cooking center and annexed rooms, equipment and crockery, pots and pans and kitchen utensils, the management of surplus food deriving from the preparation and administration of meals, and the maintenance of ordinary and extraordinary premises of the plants and equipment taken over, and in any case all the services listed in Article 6 of the Specifications as well as those preordained or necessary to ensure the performance in a workmanlike manner and in compliance with the provisions of the tender and the law in force on the subject, even if not expressly reported.
