The consultation consultation is passed by open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles R. 2124-2 1 o , R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. These are single-attribute master agreements with issuance of purchase orders pursuant to Article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the Public Order Code.

Volume of the order for the firm period of contracts for lots 1 to 7:

- mini: the minimum amount of the contract is constituted by the flat rate of the regular benefits appearing on the DPGF,

- max: the maximum amount of the contract will not exceed the minimum +150 000.00 EUR HT.
