There is a decision to adapt the property to future tenant Mora municipality. The redevelopment of Saxnäsgården will enable 30 new SÄBO sites, relocation of bef day activities to new premises.
Start of design Phase 1 immediately after the assigned contractor for later decision on Phase 2.
Stenudden ROT of bef sewer
Stenudden will be investigated about the need for trunk replacements and additional measures as a result. Will also involve planning how to make these adjustments with any remaining business. Phase 1 will begin in the autumn of 2023 for later decisions on possible Phase 2 of this call-off.
We are now looking for a turnkey contractor who, together with Morastrand AB, wants to be involved in seeing the possibilities for an adaptation of the existing premises for collaboration in a strategic partnering.
