Mobil ISC GmbH is issuing a framework agreement for the production of digital certificates for electronic health cards and related services in an open EU-wide award procedure. Components of the services to be offered include in particular:

Operation of a gematics-compliant CA for the production of X.509 and CV certificates from the eGK,

operation of the OCSP responder according to gematic specifications,

providing the interface for retrieving certificates for ECC production and changing certificate status, as described in Appendix C of the software (AOKS),

production and supply of X.509 and CV certificates for EGK production for G2 and G2.1 eGK,

Support in gematik's test procedures to obtain approval/confirmation by gematik for Mobil ISC GmbH and its customers,

The contractor must implement the measures required in the event of a legal change to a future generation of cards during the contract period within the time frame set by the gematik, or should no time frame be set, as quickly as possible,

Development and consulting services in relation to the subject of the tender.

As the client, Mobil ISC GmbH plans to award the production of digital certificates for the production of ECGCs and related services to a qualified contractor from April 1st, 2022. The contractor (s) produces the latest version of the certificates and thus guarantees functionality for subsequent card generations, or in the event of changing legal framework conditions or changing gematic specifications.

As part of the tender, a service provider that is as competent as it is reliable is to be found who will take over the production of digital certificates with consistently high quality.
