1. The subject of the contract is a one-off delivery of petroleum products in accordance with the demand specified in Annex 1a to the SWZ. Petroleum products being the subject of the order are intended exclusively for the needs of the Ordering Party in order to provide services closely related to the subject of the business, i.e. rail transport. The subject of the contract has been divided into 7 tasks:

Task 1 – Compressor oils

Task 2 – Hydraulic oils

Task 3 – Engine oil and turbine oil

Task 4 – Gear oils

Task 5 – Engine and other oils

Task 6 – Preparations and oils

Task 7 – Oil for turnout infrastructure

The subject of the contract is the supply of petroleum products in accordance with the demand specified in Annex 1a in task No. 3 – Engine oil and turbine oil to the SWZ. Petroleum products being the subject of the order are intended exclusively for the needs of the Ordering Party in order to provide services closely related to the subject of the business, i.e. rail transport.

The subject of the contract is the supply of petroleum products in accordance with the demand specified in Annex 1a in task No. 4 – Gear oils for SWZ. Petroleum products being the subject of the order are intended exclusively for the needs of the Ordering Party in order to provide services closely related to the subject of the business, i.e. rail transport.
