North Devon Homes and Advantage SW LLP are working together to award a 2 Lot multi-supplier framework for Gas heating system servicing, maintenance, repair and selected replacement and associated services. Lot 1 is for NDH to direct award to the 1st placed company for its specific requirements for the service to c. 2 400 properties. There will be 2 suppliers on this Lot. Lot 2 is a multi-supplier framework that Advantage SW Members (current and future) can access should they wish. Note that Advantage SW Members have existing arrangements in place for this service and thus there is no guarantee of the volume of work to be tendered through Lot 2. The main elements of the service are Safety Checks; Periodic Servicing and Inspections; Routine Maintenance; Diagnosis of faults; Responsive Maintenance; Call Handling; Out of Hours Call Handling; Out of Hours; Emergency Work; Void Property Works; Major Works (excluding planned programmes); Technical Inspections; Mutual Exchange Gas Tests.
Services to c. 2 400 properties. Direct award to the company in first place. Whilst the framework will be operational for 4 years, NDH's contract duration will be maximum 9 years (3 year initial term followed by extension options).
This Lot is advertised with a high financial headroom but please note that we do not guarantee any volume of opportunity. Members have existing arrangements in place for this service (delivered in-house or contracted out) and will have the opportunity to use this framework during its duration.
