Maintenance and glass cleaning from 1.2.2020 to 31.1.2025 (extension option until 31.1.2027) in the authorities center Leipzig-Paunsdorf in 04328 Leipzig.

The object will be divided into 2 lots in the cleaning tender. A company can apply for 2 lots as long as they can present the required qualifications or proofs.

Lot 1: (6A000631-01)

Cleaning BHZ Leipzig-Paunsdorf without RSA:

Lot 1 includes as maintenance the maintenance and cleaning of the glass, the basic cleaning and, as required, the disinfection.

Maintenance cleaning: approx. 328 801 m 2 (Cleaning surface / month)

Basic cleaning: approx. 45 292 m 2 (Cleaning face / run time)

Glass cleaning: approx. 16 906 m 2 (Cleaning surface / year)

Disinfection if required (only applies to the Police Directorate Leipzig).

General:

The cleaning company should be able to react very flexibly to short-term requirements and have sufficient staff, preferably with experience in security areas.
