Creation of a functional connection between the new building H50 and the existing building in H30

At the Neukölln Hospital, the new Nordkopf H50 building is to be connected to the existing H30 ward block, for which it is necessary to create a functional connection from H50 to H30 in the form of a main road over two levels.
This main thoroughfare runs through the two-storey, still existing approx. 300m² open atrium, which will be closed with a false ceiling and a glass roof in the course of the construction project.
The following services are advertised here:
- Demolition of approx. 600m² of copyrighted Kleihues facades, which date back to the 80s and are therefore heavily contaminated with asbestos and KMF. It is a curtain construction of the manufacturer "Lindhorst façade", which are anchored to the Stb floor slabs and the roof ceiling.
- General pollutant remediation with asbestos and CMF
-Disposal inventory
-Demolition of space-forming extensions, floor area approx. 2,000m² and wall area 4,000m²
- Heavily contaminated pollutant dismantling and disposal of installations such as insulation on pipes, cables, recessed lighting, air and heating pipes
- Dismantling and resealing work for HLS and ELT
-Demolition of six-storey AWT elevator shaft and closure with ceiling panels
- Manufacture of core drilling and concrete sawing, installation of steel beams to support new loads
- Disposal of non-hazardous and hazardous construction waste
-Structural steel and reinforced concrete construction as well as masonry work
- Spatial scaffolding approx. 1,500m³ and approx. 400m² scaffolding auxiliary roof with mounting openings for keeping water away and crane operation
