The reconstruction of Vardheim day centre Former office and administration, approx. 605 m2 in the 1st floor shall be reconstructed to an activity centre for persons with functional disabilities, a changing room for the health care personnel, and an office/home base for assistive personnel for persons with drug and alcohol dependency. The building has 2 floors, was completed in 1986 and partly reconstructed in 2007.
