Monetra Oulu Oy Procurement Services requests your offer of three (3) leasing cars for the home care needs of Haapavesi City, Social and Health District Helme (hereinafter also “Subscriber” and “Home Care”) in accordance with this call for tender and its annexes.

The contract period is scheduled to begin on 1 October 2021, the starting schedule is an estimate and the agreement will be created when both parties have signed it.

The contract is valid for three (3) years. This is an acquisition above the EU threshold.

Requirements for the item offered affecting the comparison have been amended to the previous suspended competition (RFQ Monetra E18/2020).

The acquisition involves three (3) leasing cars for the use of Haapavesi City, Social and Health District Helme Home Care (hereinafter also referred to as “subscriber” and “home care”).

The aim of the acquisition is to have three leasing SUVs for Haapavesi City's home service operation, called city SUVs, which are well suited for domestic service needs for year-round use. The current need is for three (3) leasing cars, but the Subscriber reserves the right to purchase additional cars, if necessary, at the price indicated in the offer. Further details of the cars are listed under the Criteria of the Purchasing Item.

The total value of the acquisition, estimated for the contract period, is approx. €300,000 (0% VAT). The value is distributed so that the need for home service for three (3) leasing cars is approx. €180,000 (0% VAT) and the value of additional cars requested as an option is €120,000 (0% VAT). The value is without commitment.

Acquisition is carried out within the framework of procurement appropriations. Following the acquisition decision, the Subscriber may choose to make a decision on the potential accessories for the car in accordance with the prices indicated in the Supplier Offer. The subscriber does not commit to fixed procurement volumes or certain services during the contract period, but leasing cars will be acquired accordingly to the needs. No vehicle is offered in the exchange.
