The primary and community school in Pönitz will be expanded by a new building with approx. 1,800 sqm GFA.

The three-storey new building will be built in solid construction (Stb /MW).

The following is a rough summary of the scope of this course:

- Building waterproofing plinth: 300 sqm

- Sperrfolia: ca. 195 m

- Perimeter insulation: approx. 258 sqm

- Thermal insulation: approx. 1,600 sqm

- Facing masonry: approx. 1,700 sqm
