In the offices of the Upper Franconia office, Christian-Ritterv. -Langheinrich-Str. 12 in 95445 Bayreuth, AKDB operates its production computer center.

At present, the following system is available for machine enveloping:

- 1 x core 2 500 - single enveloping.

This system is to be replaced by a more efficient system that enables the AKDB to insert the quantity of approx. 400,000 envelopes in 24-hour operation.

The procurement object is therefore the delivery and production of a factory-new high-performance inserting system, including the related maintenance services over 60 months (+24 months extension option).
