The Ostalb GKaÖr clinics intend to set up a company day care center at the Stauferklinicum Schwäbisch Gmünd site at the Mutlangen site. The company day care center should be open primarily to the children of hospital employees and to children who reside in the municipality of Mutlangen. The day care center is intended to provide space for a total of 40 children, divided into two U3 groups of 10 children each and an U3 group of 20 children.

The day care center is currently being built on land plots 1581 and 167/1, An der Stauferklinik in Mutlangen. Completion is currently expected at the end of 2022. This building has been rented by the Ostalb GKaoer clinics for the operation of the day care center.

The object of purchase is operator services for the operation of the day care center on the premises of the Stauferklinik at the Schwäbisch Gmünd site in Mutlangen. The daycare center still to be built, its rooms and outdoor areas, including access roads, are to be rented by the operator. The day care center is to be operated with two U3 groups of 10 children each and a U3 group with 20 children in accordance with Section 45 Eighth Book - Social Code - Child and Youth Welfare - (SGB VIII). The operator is responsible for designing and implementing the operating and support concept.
