1. The subject of the contract is the supply of diesel oil to the Waste Treatment Plant in Hryniewicze near Białystok (Lot 1), the supply of diesel oil to the Waste Treatment Plant in Białystok (Lot 2), the supply of light fuel oil to the Waste Water Treatment Plant in Białystok (Lot 3).

2. Detailed requirements relating to the subject of the contract shall be set out in the Contract Notice in Section I.2.4) Description of the contract for lots respectively, in Chapter 8. Number and description of part of the order IDW (Volume I of the Terms of Reference) and in the Model Contract (Volume II of the SWZ).

1) The object of the order is the implementation of the cyclical supply of diesel (hereinafter: ON), which comes in two types: standard and with improved low temperature characteristics, meeting the requirements of the current standard PN-EN 590+A 1:2017 -06 or equivalent, of the newer standard, and Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (OJ 2015, item 1680 as amended), to the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Hryniewiczach near Białystok, Juchnowiec Kościelny Municipality (place of delivery).

2) The delivery of ON will be carried out on the basis of individual orders placed to the Contractor by the Contracting Authority. The amount of ON ordered under each order is approximately 8,000 l.

3) Quantities of diesel oil ordered during the term of the Contract under the basic order:

- standard – 191,860 litres;

- with improved low-temperature properties – 20,000 liters.

4) ON deliveries for placed orders will be delivered to the place of delivery from Monday to Friday, at the expense of the Contractor included in the price, within 24 hours counted from the moment of receipt by the Contractor of a given order. Orders will be placed on working days until 10:00.

5) The quantities ordered on will be delivered at the cost of the Contractor included in the price, within up to 24 hours calculated from the time of receipt by the Contractor of the contract.

1) The subject of the contract is the implementation of cyclical deliveries of diesel oil (hereinafter: diesel oil), available in two types: standard and with improved low-temperature properties, meeting the requirements of the current PN-EN 590+A1:2022-08 standard or an equivalent, newer standard and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1). 1680, as amended) to the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Białystok at 40F Gen. W. Andersa Street.

2) The delivery of ON will be carried out on the basis of individual orders placed to the supplier by the Ordering Party. The amount of ON ordered under each order is a maximum of 2,500 litres.

3. During the duration of the Agreement, the Contractor undertakes to supply under the basic contract:

– STANDARD ON in the amount of 14 762 liters,

– ON with improved low-temperature properties in the amount of 7 270 liters.

4) Supplies of ON for placed orders will be delivered throughout the duration of the Agreement in a one-time quantity of max. 2,500 litres to the ground two-plane storage tank and internal distribution of diesel fuel on the premises of the Zaknininininina Waste Disposal in Białymstok between 08.00 and 14.00 Monday to Friday.

5) The quantities ordered on will be delivered at the cost of the Contractor included in the price, within up to 24 hours calculated from the time of receipt by the Contractor of the contract.

1) The subject of the contract is the implementation of cyclical deliveries of light fuel oil – intended for heating purposes (hereinafter light fuel oil), meeting the requirements set out in the quality standard PN-C-96024:2020-12 or equivalent, newer standard, with a density at a temperature of 15°C not more than 840 [kg/m3] and with a calorific value of at least 41 [MJ/kg] to the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Białystok at Gen. W. Andersa 40F Street.

2) During the term of the Contract, the Contractor undertakes to supply 95,237 litres of light fuel oil under the basic contract.

3) Light fuel oil will be delivered throughout the duration of the Agreement in a quantity determined by the Ordering Party at one time not more than 50,000 litres to the light fuel oil unloading station on the territory of the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Białymstok between 08.00, and 2 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

5) The ordered batches of light fuel oil shall be delivered at the Contractor's expense included within the price, within a period of not more than 24 hours calculated from the time of receipt by the Contractor of the contract concerned.
