The subject of the contract is: delivery and assembly of energy-saving LED luminaires in the city of Bialystok:
1) on Świętokrzyska Street,
2) on Gen. Józef Hallera Street,
3) at the Roundabout of Teachers of Secret Teaching,
4) on Antoniukowska Street on the section from Gajowa Street to Owsiana Street,
5) on Wierzbowa Street,
6) on Jana Pawła II Avenue from R. Regan Roundabout to A. Małachowskiego Roundabout,
7) to R. Regan Roundabout and Zwycięstwa Street at the roundabout,
8) on Hetmańska Street through Gen. A.E. Fieldorf "Nil" Square to Zielona Góra Street,
9) on Gen. A.E. Fieldorf "Nil" Street from Gen. A.E. Fieldorf "Nile" Square to the Gen. A.E. Fieldorf "Nil" Tunnel,
10) on Ks. J. Popiełuszki Street from Słonecznikowa Street to Gen. A.E. Fieldorf Square "Nil".
The scope of the contract includes:
1) Delivery of energy-saving LED luminaires on the above-mentioned streets with the parameters indicated
in technical conditions, sign: ZDM-VII.7021.1.23.2023 of May 26, 2023 (Annex 9 to SWZ).
2) Delivery of energy-saving LED luminaires for lighting pedestrian crossings in accordance with the listed cabinet schemes with parameters indicated in the technical conditions sign: ZDM-VII.7021.1.26.2023 of June 5, 2023 (Appendix No. 10 to SWZ).
3) Installation of energy-saving LED luminaires on existing poles using existing cables.
4) Dismantling of existing luminaires with a power of 70W, 100W, 150W, 250W and 400W and other materials that should be disposed of in consultation with the current street lighting conservator in accordance with applicable regulations.
5) Securing the area covered by the works, transferring the investment and the road lane to the Municipal Roads Authority of the Municipal Office in Białystok, ensuring continuous access (access and access) to buildings adjacent to the above-mentioned investment during its implementation. Tidying up the area after the completion of works.
6) In the case of replacement of luminaires in the zone covered by the conservation protection statute, the opinion/consent of the Municipal Conservator of Monuments should be obtained.
7) Preparation of technical documentation for the adopted type of luminaire. Calculation of luminance and illuminance, analysis of network parameters in lighting cabinets supplying replaced lighting fixture circuits for all modes of operation.
If capacitive reactive energy occurs, compensation is applied to eliminate it. Documentation for the replacement of luminaires should be agreed in the Municipal Roads Authority of the Municipal Office in Białystok.
The documentation should include:
a) Technical designs – 3 copies and electronic version of 1 copy (documentation not editable in PDF format together with documentation in editable form in *.xlsx or *.docx format - documents and *.dwg or *.dgn - graphic files) - the electronic version must be identical to the paper version.
b) Traffic organization project for the duration of works – 2 copies.
c) Detailed technical specification of execution and acceptance of works – 2 copies.
d) BIOZ information – 2 copies.
e) Map for opinion-making purposes in 2 copies with luminaires for assembly and 1 copy in electronic version.
8) Preparation of as-built documentation, including a list of approvals, protocols, etc., in a table
with the number of listed luminaires divided into individual road lanes - 2 copies.
