The existing building will be rebuilt and upgraded due to the current condition and the planned conversion. The building is three-storey and has a basement.

a) Sanitary engineering: sewage pipes (replacement of damaged existing connections) and connection of new flushing facilities - approx. 10 m DN 32 - DN 100 (HT pipe), new drinking water installation approx. 80 m of stainless steel pipes DN 12 - DN 40 with insulation KW and WW Including 6 shut-off valves drinking water distribution, 6 pcs. fire bulkheads TW, dismantling and reinstallation Existing furnishings: 9 washbasins or hand basins, 10 toilet facilities, replacement of existing fittings with fittings with Hygienic flush functions (5 pieces), replacement of existing assembly elements (toilet) with assembly elements with hygienic flush functions (8 pieces)

b) Heating technology: Dismantling / relocation and retrofitting of pipelines for building freedom for the renewal of ceiling panels. approx. 50 m steel pipeline (black welded steel) DN15 to DN 80, including mineral wool insulation with sheet metal cladding. New installation of flange fittings DN 50 and DN 80 (8 pieces)
