Torus has obtained funding from the Social Housing Decarbonation Fund (SHDF) to carry out retrofit and cyclical decoration works to Torus owned properties which have been identified as being in need of improved insulation. The properties are located on an enclosed, sloping site and comprise of 42 social rent flats contained within 5 blocks in North Liverpool.

The works consist of:-

- External Wall Insulation (or alternative insulation where applicable)

- Ventilation

- Solar PV

- Window and Door Replacement (as required)

- Battery Storage

- Communal Decorations/Rebranding

- Cyclical Decorations
