•The new construction of four business premises for a broad target group (such as small-scale production,

assembly, storage and storage for suppliers, research room/laboratories)

•Each business space consists of approximately 1,000m2 of industrial function and approximately 200m2 of office function.

The scope of the project concerns:

• Conditioning of existing site (removal of pavement and any unforeseen remediation or adjustments, etc.)

• Work preparation (permits - subject to the environmental permit, drawing up implementation design, work plans and V&G etc.).

• Realization of the building including offices (possible customer wishes).

• Furnishing the outdoor space.
