The object of the contract is a service in the field of receiving municipal waste from the owners of the property, on which the inhabitants of the municipality of Obrowo reside in the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2023 and their transport to the Municipal Installation - Detailed description of the object of the order is Annex 1 to the Specification of the Conditions of the Order.

The scope of the Order Subject includes the service in the scope of:

1) the collection and export and development of municipal waste from inhabited properties located within the Municipality of Obrowo.

2) providing property owners with inhabited containers and bags intended for collection of different types of waste, having colour schemes, marking in accordance with the requirements laid down in the specific provisions and Annex No 1 to SWZ;

3) the supply of containers and containers to Selecctive Zbiórki Komunal Waste Points located in Dobrzejewice 57 C, Osiek nad Wisłą Gogostowa Street (the wastewater treatment plant site hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) and the provision of services related to keeping them in adequate sanitary condition, Ordinary and technical;

4) the provision of containers to the designated pharmacies and shops and public buildings and the provision of services related to the maintenance of them in adequate sanitary, cleanup and technical condition;

5) export of collected municipal waste to Municipal Installations (IK) in accordance with the Provincial Waste Management Plan;

6) to develop and provide a timetable for the performed services covered by the Subject of the contract of residential properties located on the trenie of the Municipality of Obrowo.
