Kiertokapula is a regional waste management company owned by 13 municipalities, whose mission is to ensure affordable, efficient and responsible treatment of waste produced by residents and businesses in its area using the best available technology.
Salpakierro Oy is a limited liability company owned by 9 municipalities, which takes care of municipal waste management service tasks in accordance with the Waste Act in the area of its owner municipalities. The tasks include the reception, treatment, waste advice, planning and development of waste management and waste transport for waste transport organised by the municipality. The company is part of the Lahti City Group.
Kiertokapula Oy and Salpakierro Oy will put out to tender the procurement of waste collection equipment. The containers to be purchased are plastic containers of 140l, 240l, 360/370l and 660l and can be emptied into a rear-loading garbage truck.
The purchase includes 140l-660l containers (gray body, gray lid).
Conditions for the offer and the products on offer:
The characteristics required of garbage cans are as follows:
1. Due to their material strengths, dimensions and structures, the containers shall be suitable for mechanical emptying with standard garbage trucks in use in Finland.
2. Collection equipment shall meet the following standards: SFS-EN 840-1, -2, -5, -6 +A1.
3. Dishes must have at least a five-year material/workmanship warranty
4. Tenders shall indicate the main dimensions of the container (Wx H x D and wheel size) for the different sizes.
5. The offer shall indicate which noise reduction features are available as standard in the container and what kind of products are available as additional products.
6. Tenders shall indicate the weights of the receptacles without wheels and axles, the minimum weight of the (140) litre receptacle without wheels and axle shall be at least 7 kg and the minimum weight of the 240-litre receptacle without wheels and axle shall be at least 9 kg
7. Containers of 140-360/370 liters should have closed shafts
8. In 660 l containers, the size of the wheels can be from 160 to 200 mm, the tires should be ball/rolling bearing and rotate 360 degrees around the vertical axis. The container must have wheel locks on at least two front tires (on the long side of the container). In addition, it must be possible to install directional locks in the container, which allows two of the wheels to be locked in the desired direction of travel. The material of the bike should be such that it does not make noise when moving. The containers must be equipped with fixed handles for moving the collection device.
9. The lid of the containers should have a space for a 260 mm x 260 mm sorting instruction sticker.
10. From 140 to 360/370 l, the size of the tank ring can be from 200 to xx mm. The material of the wheels must be such that it does not make noise when moving. The containers must be equipped with fixed handles for moving the collection device. In addition, the lid of the containers must have a space (120 mm height x 240 mm width) for the size of the sorting instruction sticker.
11. Tenders shall indicate which spare parts for waste containers are available as additional products and prices for spare parts.
Delivery:
1. The dishes are delivered to the subscribers' warehouses (delivery term Incoterms 2020, DDU).
The warehouses are located at Mikonkatu 1, 11910 Riihimäki and Karanojantie 145, 13430 Hämeenlinna.
The latch circulation warehouse is located in Lahti (the exact address will be announced later).
The containers for the rotary will be delivered according to the plan attached to the offer.
Latch circulation containers are supplied according to the plan attached to the offer.
The quantities of dishes to be ordered are estimates and do not bind the customer. The more detailed details of the deliveries and the exact quantities of containers to be delivered per batch will be agreed with the customer later separately, no later than 8 weeks before the delivery of each scheduled batch.
2. There is no loading dock at the delivery addresses. Unloading is carried out from the ground by forklift through the stern of the car. The tenderer must take this into account when choosing transport equipment for deliveries.
3. 660 litre containers should be delivered in a container/vehicle combination so that they are packed in bundles of 5-6 containers. Lids can be inside the top containers or separately packed on a pallet. Tires should be attached.
4. Containers from 140 to 360/370 l should be delivered in a container/vehicle combination so that they are packed in bundles of 10-12 containers. Covers and tires can be delivered separately packaged.
