Supply of equipment to laboratories created as part of the NEBI project - National Centre for Imaging Research in Biological and Biomedical Sciences

The subject of the contract is the supply of laboratory equipment to laboratories created as part of the NEBI project - National Centre for Imaging Research in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, no. POIR.04.02.00-00-C004/19.

The order was divided into 32 lots.

Part 1 – Deionizer

The subject of the contract is the supply of: deionizer - laboratory equipment for laboratories created under the NEBI project - National Centre for Imaging Research in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, no. POIR.04.02.00-00-C004/19 (hereinafter: the subject of the contract).

Detailed description of the parameters of the subject of the contract - a description of the minimum functional and technical requirements expected from the offered subject of the contract, is included in column B of the Table of Annex 2.1 to the SWZ - Parameters.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel Lot No. 1 - Order Deionizer in the event of failure to grant funds (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law). The period of eligibility of expenditure in the NEBI project - National Centre for Imaging Research in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, no. POIR.04.02.00-00-C004/19 expires on 31.12.2023 (this means that payment for the completed order made within 21 days from the date of receipt of the invoice, issued after signing the acceptance protocol, must take place by 31.12.2023 at the latest)

The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel Part No. 1 - Deionizer of these proceedings if:

- the length of the tender procedure or other circumstances The Implementing Authority will inform the Contracting Authority in writing about the failure to grant funds to finance this contract under the above-mentioned project.

All conditions and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the draft provisions of the contract described in Annex 10.1 to the SWZ - Draft contract.

Requirements for delivery times:

The Ordering Party requires that the delivery of the subject of the contract takes place no later than 70 days from the date of award of the contract (signing the contract).

Contractors may propose in their tenders a shorter deadline for the contract than presented above. Offering a shorter deadline is one of the criteria for evaluating offers. Bids offering a longer period than indicated above will be rejected.

Warranty requirements:

The Ordering Party requires at least a 24-month warranty period for all parts of the subject of the contract.

Offers offering a shorter warranty period than indicated will be rejected. Contractors may propose a longer warranty period in their tenders. Offering a longer warranty period for the delivered subject of the contract is one of the criteria for evaluating offers.

Part No. 10 - Automatic Multi-Station Peptide Synthesizer

The subject of the contract is the delivery of: automatic multi-station peptide synthesizer - laboratory equipment for laboratories created as part of the NEBI project - National Centre for Imaging Research in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, no. POIR.04.02.00-00-C004/19 (hereinafter: the subject of the contract).

The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel Lot No. 10 - Automatic multi-station peptide synthesizer of the order in the event of failure to grant funds (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law). The period of eligibility of expenditure in the NEBI project - National Centre for Imaging Research in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, no. POIR.04.02.00-00-C004/19 expires on 31.12.2023 (this means that payment for the completed order made within 21 days from the date of receipt of the invoice, issued after signing the acceptance protocol, must take place by 31.12.2023 at the latest)

The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel Part No. 10 - Automatic Multi-Station Peptide Synthesizer of these proceedings if:

- the length of the tender procedure or other circumstances (lack of substantive acceptance of the purchase in the project) The Implementing Authority will inform the Contracting Authority in writing about the failure to grant funds to finance this contract under the above-mentioned project.

The subject of the contract is the supply of: laboratory freeze dryer - laboratory equipment equipment for laboratories created under the NEBI project - National Centre for Imaging Research in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, no. POIR.04.02.00-00-C004/19 (hereinafter: the subject of the contract).

The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel Lot No. 11 - Laboratory Freeze Dryer of the order in the event of failure to grant funds (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law). The period of eligibility of expenditure in the NEBI project - National Centre for Imaging Research in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, no. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel Lot No. 15 - HPLC High Performance Liquid Chromatography System in the event of failure to grant funds (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law). The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel Part No. 16 - ESI-MS type analyzer coupled with the liquid chromatography system of the order in the event of failure to grant funds (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law). The period of eligibility of expenditure in the NEBI project - National Centre for Imaging Research in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, no. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel Lot No. 17 - Manual reverse microscope of the order in the event of failure to grant funds (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law). Part No 18 - Robotic stereotactic system for preparing laboratory animals for the in-vivo imaging procedure (stereotax)

The subject of the contract is the supply of: a robotic system for stereotactic operations preparing laboratory animals for the in-vivo imaging procedure (stereotax), pieces 2 (two) - laboratory equipment for laboratories created under the NEBI project - National Centre for Imaging Research in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, no. POIR.04.02.00-00-C004/19 (hereinafter: the subject of the contract or the system).

The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel Lot No. 18 - Robotic system for stereotactic operations preparing laboratory animals for the in-vivo imaging procedure (stereotax) of the order in the event of failure to grant funds (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law). The period of eligibility of expenditure in the NEBI project - National Centre for Imaging Research in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, no. POIR.04.02.00-00-C004/19 expires on 31.12.2023 (this means that payment for the completed order made within 21 days from the date of receipt of the invoice, issued after signing the acceptance protocol, must take place by 31.12.2023 at the latest)

The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel 18 - Robotic system for stereotactic operations preparing laboratory animals for the in-vivo imaging procedure (stereotax) of this procedure, if due to:

All conditions and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the draft provisions of the contract described in Annex 10.18 to the SWZ - Draft contract.

Requirements for delivery times:

The Ordering Party requires that the delivery of the subject of the contract takes place no later than 70 days from the date of award of the contract (signing the contract).

Warranty requirements:

The Ordering Party requires a 12-month period:

1) a guarantee for all parts of the subject of the contract, and

2) warranty service covering the work of the service technician, access and all parts necessary to repair the subject of the order.

In addition, after the warranty expires, Contractors may offer a service package (after the warranty period), including services such as: if necessary, replacement of consumer parts and easily consumable elements, advice on preventing failures and solving technical problems, repair of the device in the event of a failure. The service package (after the warranty period) is one of the evaluation criteria for the offer and is not required.

Part 19 - Operating table

The subject of the contract is the supply of: a treatment and operating table, pieces of 4 (four) - laboratory equipment for laboratories created as part of the NEBI project - National Centre for Imaging Research in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, no. POIR.04.02.00-00-C004/19 (hereinafter: the subject of the contract).

The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel Part No. 19 - Procedure and operating table of the order in the event of failure to grant funds (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law). The period of eligibility of expenditure in the NEBI project - National Centre for Imaging Research in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, no. POIR.04.02.00-00-C004/19 expires on 31.12.2023 (this means that payment for the completed order made within 21 days from the date of receipt of the invoice, issued after signing the acceptance protocol, must take place by 31.12.2023 at the latest)
