The purpose of this contract is the acquisition, delivery and commissioning of an in vivo optical imaging system for the acquisition of 2D rodent bioluminescence and fluorescence signals to be installed at the facility. unit 1065 in Nice.
This is an ordinary supply market.
This contract is passed by virtue of articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code: open tender for open and firm tranches in accordance with Article R. 2113-4 of the Public Order Code.
Firm phase: acquisition of an in-vivo optical imaging system.
Optional tranche: acquisition of an annual contract (renewable 3 times) of preventive and curative maintenance at the end of the warranty period (including possible extensions).
This offer should detail the type of operation carried out. The deadline for strengthening the optional tranche is 31.12.2023.
The execution of the optional tranche is subject to a decision by the contracting authority. If the optional tranche is not established, the market does not provide for a withdrawal indemnity or a waiting allowance in case of delay in the consolidation.
The contract takes effect on its notification date, it ends with the final acceptance of the material.
Variants initiated by Inserm:
- variant 1: acquisition, delivery and commissioning of an in vivo optical imaging system allowing the acquisition of 2D bioluminescence and fluorescence signals on rodents with a 2-year guarantee (the service provider must specify the terms warranty and application conditions),
- variant 2: acquisition, delivery and commissioning of an in vivo optical imaging system for the acquisition of 2D bioluminescence and fluorescence signals on rodents with a 3-year warranty. The service provider must specify the terms of the guarantee and the conditions of application),
- variant 3: acquisition, delivery and commissioning of an in vivo optical imaging system allowing the acquisition of 2D bioluminescence and fluorescence signals on rodents with a 4-year guarantee (the service provider must specify the terms warranty and application conditions).
Candidates have the obligation to answer the variants.
