The tenderer shall provide the internal project management with competence, extrapolation participation and guidance in establishing the new municipality. The contract includes work with organisational structural changes, re-organisation processes, project implementation, LEAN processes, financial analyses and extrapolation of requirements for services stated in the notice, etc. related to the establishment of the new municipality. The consultancy service may also be of a pure project administration nature. The engineering design management system in use for this project is “Project Portal”.
