1. The subject of the contract is the ongoing maintenance in 2023 of green areas owned by the municipality of Staszów located in the city and municipality of Staszów, in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ and section II.2.4 of this announcement. Detailed requirements for the implementation of the contract in question are also specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex 10 of the SWZ. The contract in question must be performed in accordance with the applicable regulations and the conditions contained in the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the ongoing maintenance in 2023 of green areas owned by the municipality of Staszów located in the city and municipality of Staszów, covering the following scope: 1) lawns in the city of Staszów - area of 344 761 m2, specified in Annex 1 to the draft contract: (...) 2) hedges and clusters of shrubs in the city of Staszów - area of 2050 m2: (...) 3) flowerbeds and perennial beds in the city of Staszów (Market Square, Adam Bień Park, Kościuszki Street, Konstytucji 3-go Maja Street, Mickiewicza Street, Opatowska Street, Wysoka Street, Szkolna Street, the so-called "green stops" located at Krakowska Street and on the Market Square, roundabouts located in the city and municipality of Staszów) – area of 835 m2: (...) 4) trees - all trees in the areas owned by the Staszów commune, growing within the administrative boundaries of the city: (...) 5) current maintenance of greenery located in the road lane of municipal roads in the city of Staszów in the amount of approx. 44 000 m2, consisting mainly in: (...) 6) ongoing maintenance of greenery located in the road lane of municipal roads in the rural areas of the Staszów commune, listed in Annex 3 to the draft contract, on the length of approx. 109.12 km consisting mainly in: (...) 7) in areas located in the municipality of Staszów (green areas in the area of villages) with an area of 48 764 m2 - mowing grass in the frequency indicated in Annex 2 to the draft contract. 8) preparing in writing quarterly reports on the implementation of tasks specified in this subject of the contract and delivering them to the seat of the City and Commune Office of Staszów, Opatowska 31, 28-200 Staszów, and other works necessary to perform them to guarantee the proper performance of the subject of this contract. Draft contract with the following annexes: 1) Appendix No. 1 - List of registration numbers of plots /lawns/, located in the city intended for maintenance along with their area and frequency of mowing grass during the term of the contract. 2) Appendix No. 2 - List of registration numbers of plots /green areas/, located in the area of villages, intended for maintenance along with their area and the frequency of grass mowing during the term of the contract. 3) Appendix No. 3 – List of municipal roads in the municipality of Staszów covered by the maintenance of greenery within the road lane, constitutes Annex No. 10 of the SWZ. 2. Deadline for the performance of the contract: from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023, i.e. for a period of 12 calendar months. 3. The contract in question must be performed in accordance with the applicable regulations and conditions contained in the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party does not require: - the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection or, - to check by the Contractor the documents necessary for the implementation of the contract available on the spot at the Ordering Party. Note: It is recommended to familiarize yourself with the area covered by this order.
