This specifications includes the delivery of environmentally friendly maintenance products and maintenance materials that can be used daily and periodically and can meet all basic cleaning needs.

The tenderer must offer environmentally friendly products that fit within a practical, economic and efficient use and consumption. Only if there is no environmentally friendly product on the market, may an alternative be proposed. The purchased environmentally friendly maintenance products and maintenance materials will be used for the maintenance of all buildings of the institutions that fall under the SGKSO Boom-Bornem-Puurs. See Appendix E - Overview of SGKSO Boom-Bornem-Puurs settings. Additional delivery points are always possible.

The contract is divided into lots as follows:

- Lot 1: hygienic paper products: this parcel includes the delivery of hygienic paper products such as ... (see order documents)

The parcel of hygienic paper products comprises the delivery of paper products in function of use within the school environment. This mainly concerns the use of paper products in sanitary rooms, classrooms (toddlers to secondary), didactic and industrial kitchens, ...

The price for the loan of the necessary dispensers for the mentioned paper products is included in the price of the effective paper products. The numbers of dispensers are purely indicative.

The loan of the dispensers includes the delivery, placement and possible replacement of all required dispensers.

This plot includes the delivery of environmentally friendly maintenance products and maintenance materials that can be used daily and periodically and can meet all basic cleaning needs.

This plot includes the delivery of products from an ecological product family based on selected, natural microorganisms (probiotic bacteria).

The products eliminate odor nuisance through the neutralization of bad bacteria.

Only probiotic products can be offered within this plot. The tenderer must provide the required certificates to prove the probiotic effect of his products.
