The purpose of the tender is to conclude one agreement with one contractor for the assignment and to have the cleaning services provided on the basis of the Best Price-Quality Ratio.

Due to the name recognition in the region of this broadcaster and the relatively well-organized scope of the assignment, we expect that the assignment is not only attractive for the large national suppliers and the current supplier, but that this tender is also interesting and accessible for regional, medium-sized suppliers from SMEs.

Performing daily and periodic cleaning in two buildings that fall under the management of Omroep Gelderland and where a total of around 140 employees dedicate themselves daily to radio and TV broadcasts.

The total amount of floor space is approximately 2,865 m2, of which approximately 2 720 m2 is being maintained for cleaning.
