The subject of this contract are the supply of diesel fuels in the total quantity: 6000 m3. Deliveries include standard diesel in an amount of not less than 5500 m3 and diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties in an amount of up to 500 m3, to power diesel engines in public transport buses that meet the EURO 0 to EURO VI emission standards.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of standard diesel oil purchased to the amount of the total quantity in the event of a decrease in the Ordering Party's demand for diesel oil with improved low-temperature properties. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to deliver once a year a chemical preparation in the amount necessary for decontamination from petroleum pollution and living organisms of fuel station fuel tanks with a total capacity of 60 l.
