The purpose of the contract is to provide consulting and purchasing and technical expertise in the field of supplies and services in the fields of information technology and communication. It is composed of the following 3 lots: Lot 1: IT intellectual services, development, application maintenance and associated services; Lot 2: IT infrastructure, security and associated services and Lot 3: Mobile telephony and associated services

The purpose of lot 1 is to provide consulting services and purchasing and technical expertise in terms of IT intellectual services, development, application maintenance and associated services. It consists of supporting the CNC in the award of contracts in the above-mentioned areas (preparation of ELDs, analysis of applications and tenders, etc.) as well as producing, where appropriate, studies on supplier markets relating to these same areas.

The purpose of lot 2 is to provide consulting and purchasing and technical expertise services in the field of IT infrastructure and IT security and associated services. It consists of supporting the CNC in the award of contracts in the above-mentioned areas (preparation of ELDs, analysis of applications and tenders, etc.) as well as producing, where appropriate, studies on supplier markets relating to these same areas.

The purpose of lot 3 is to provide consulting services and purchasing and technical expertise in mobile telephony and associated services. It consists of supporting the CNC in the award of contracts in the aforementioned field (development of ELDs, analysis of applications and tenders, etc.) as well as producing, if necessary, studies on the supplier market relating to the same field.
