The subject of the contract includes the granting of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,000,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit.

The loan in the amount of PLN 2,000,000.00 will be granted to the basic account of the Goczałkowice-Zdrój Commune. The loan disbursement period should not be longer than five business days from the submission of the loan disbursement instruction. Loan period until 01.01.2035 Grace period in repayment of the principal until 1 December 2024 The loan will be repaid in 120 monthly installments in the period from 01.12.2024 to 01.11.2034. • The Contractor will not charge any commissions on the already disbursed loan or any additional fees. Only a commission for the first disbursement of the loan is allowed.

The Contracting Authority shall not incur any additional fees for certificates and other documents issued by the Contractor necessary for the Contracting Authority to keep accounting records and determine the amount of financial liabilities.
