- Stadtwerke Dinslaken GmbH (hereinafter referred to as SD) intends to build a biomass cogeneration plant in Dinslaken. This biomass cogeneration plant is currently already in the construction phase. In the following, the biomass heating plant DHE is referred to as the abbreviation for Dinslakener Holz-Energiezentrum.
- SD is a partner in Fernwärmeverbund Niederrhein Duisburg / Dinslaken GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as FVN) and in Fernwärmeversorgung Niederrhein GmbH (hereinafter referred to as FN).
- The FVN operates the Lower Rhine district heating network. The Niederrhein district heating network (primary network) stretches for around 40 kilometers between Voerde, Dinslaken, Duisburg and Moers and supplies the secondary networks of Fernwärmeversorgung Niederrhein GmbH (FN) and Fernwärme Duisburg GmbH (hereinafter referred to as FD) with district heating.
- The DHE is mainly used to generate heat (to compensate for the heat drawn from the coal-fired power plant in Walsum), which is to be fed into the FVN's district heating network and into the FN's Dinslaken district heating network.
To transport the heat into the above-mentioned district heating networks, new connection lines are required, a primary connection line and a secondary connection line.
- The task of the secondary connection line is to feed the heat directly from the DHE into the Dinslaken FN network.
This connection line should be designed as a plastic jacket pipeline DN 350/560. The delivery and installation of the pipeline is the subject of this tender.
- The total route length is approx. 1,450 m.
- The secondary connection line is to be divided into different construction phases. The maximum length of the individual construction sections is 300 m restricted area with approx. 270 m trench length. The order of the construction phases is not binding.
The route runs from the intersection of Hans-Böckler-Str. / Otto-Brenner-Str. (Dinslaken) in a southerly direction in the lane out of town on Otto-Brenner-Straße and change to the pedestrian / bike path at the junction with Thyssenstraße (Real shopping center). In the further course of the route, the district heating pipeline will cross the Rotbach above ground in the embankment or next to the bridge at the height of the bridge body. The Rotbach is crossed via a pipe bridge with protective steel pipes. The insertion of the plastic jacket pipe into the steel protective pipes is part of this tender. The pipe bridge is being built by the civil engineering department. After crossing the Rotbach, the route continues along the footpath / bike path on Otto-Brenner-Straße to the end of the noise protection wall. From here a parallel laying with the primary connection line (SMR, is not the subject of this tender) takes place in the pedestrian / cycle path of Otto-Brenner-Str. Otto-Brenner-Str. is crossed in a closed construction (entry into protective steel pipes). After that, the laying will take place on the other side of Otto-Brenner-Str. in a green area to the intersection Otto-Brenner-Str. / Thyssenstrasse (Hyundai dealership). In Thyssenstrasse, the route will be laid within the carriageway to the DHE property. On the DHE property, the laying takes place on the western side up to the building entrance of the heating plant.
The trench width for the planned district heating pipeline is approx. 2.17 m (clear width, see trench profiles). It must be taken into account that the entire length of the trench is built in.
- The services advertised here only include the pipe construction of the new secondary connection line (including pipe insertion in protective pipes). Civil engineering is tendered separately.
