Skellefteå Science City intends to sign an agreement with a creative supplier who can provide the entire chain of communication efforts, from analysis and strategy to finished campaigns and productions to various channels in a regional, national and international market. Particularly important is the ability to strategically and long-term work to develop Skellefteå Science City's brand among selected target groups.
