The Contracting Authority intends to award a planned and cyclical maintenance works contract.

This will be including cyclical redecoration and repairs works to the communal areas of approx. 50 schemes. There will also be some planned replacements of emergency lighting, fire alarms, warden call systems and installation of new central heating systems. (the "Contract").

The contract will include properties throughout Northern Ireland and the duration will be 36 weeks inclusive of all holidays.
