The subject of the order is three long-term bank loans totalling 53,000 000.00 PLN (words: fifty-three million zlotys 00/100), i.e.:

(a) a long-term bank loan of PLN 13,500 000,00 — to repay previously incurred securities issuance obligations and borrowings and loans;

(b) a long-term bank loan of PLN 20,000 000,00 — to finance the planned budget deficit of the City of Kielce in 2021;

(c) a long-term bank loan of PLN 19,500 000.00 — to finance the planned budget deficit of the City of Kielce in 2021.

2. Loans will be used by the Contracting Authority from the date of signing the contract until 31 December 2021.

3. Projected repayment of each loan: commencing on December 31, 2027, completion on December 31, 2036. Detailed dates and installments of repayments are set out in the chapter. XXII point 3 of SWZ and in contract templates for each part of the contract respectively.

2) Resolution No 51/2021 of the Regional Chamber of Auditors in Kielce of 13 April 2021 on the opinion on the possibility of repayment of the loan by the City of Kielce, which is Annex 6 to the SWZ.

Long-term bank loan amounting to 20 000 000,00 PLN (word: twenty thousand zlotys) — to finance the planned budget deficit of the City of Kielce in 2021. A detailed description of the object of the order and the conditions for its implementation shall include

1. Model contract — constituting Annexes No 4 to SWZ;

2) Resolution No 51/2021 of the Regional Chamber of Auditors in Kielce of 13 April 2021 on the opinion on the possibility of repayment of the loan by the City of Kielce, which is Annex 6 to the SWZ.

Long-term bank loan of PLN 19,500 000.00 (in words: nineteen million five hundred thousand PLN) — to finance the planned budget deficit of the City of Kielce in 2021. A detailed description of the object of the order and the conditions for its implementation shall include

1) model contract — constituting Annexes 5 to the SWZ,

2) Resolution No 51/2021 of the Regional Chamber of Auditors in Kielce of 13 April 2021 on the opinion on the possibility of repayment of the loan by the City of Kielce, which is Annex 6 to the SWZ.
