The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the successive acceptance, management and recovery of waste code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 from the processing of bulky waste and the over-sieve fraction from the valorization of compost produced from biodegradable waste:

The task of successive collection, acceptance and management by subjecting to the recovery process of waste code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, constituting a fraction from mechanical processing of bulky waste. The amount of waste to be managed is no more than 2,500 Mg (the Contracting Authority guarantees 20% of the order);

The amount of waste transferred for management does not exceed 3,500 Mg (the Contracting Authority guarantees 20% of the order completion);

a task consisting in the successive collection, acceptance and management by subjecting to the recovery process, waste code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, constituting the "over-sieve" fraction from the valorisation of compost produced from biodegradable waste. The amount of waste transferred for management does not exceed 1,950 Mg (the Ordering Party guarantees 30% of the order completion).
