Politiets Fellestjenester (PFT) i Norge (the Norwegian Police Shared Services), hereafter called the contracting authority, together with the Polismyndigheten and Kustbevakningen in Sweden (the Police Authority and the Coast Guard in Sweden) will enter into framework agreements for the procurement of drone systems/unmanned aerial systems (UAS). The procurement is implemented by PFT on behalf of the cooperation. Separate framework agreements will be entered into for PFT on behalf of the participating pubic entities in Norway, and separate framework agreements for the participating public entities in Sweden. The procurement primarily concerns the the following four UAS classes as well as necessary equipment, accessories, spare parts, training and servicing.

— UAS class A — Photo/crime scene,

— UAS class B — Small observation,

— UAS class C — Medium observation,

— UAS class D — Indoors.

The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for procurements of UAS in the contract period and replenishing for operation of these in the lifetime of the product. See a more detailed description of the delivery scope and estimates in the tender documentation.

The procurement concerns UAS class A — Photo/crime scene and necessary equipment, accessories, spare parts, training and servicing. purpose of UAS class A is to enable the Swedish and Norwegian police to prepare crime scene documentation. The procurement concerns UAS class B — small observation and necessary equipment, accessories, spare parts, training and servicing. The purpose of UAS class B is to enable Swedish and Norwegian Police to solve assignments with acute observation needs. The estimated scope is based on a probable upper withdrawal. The procurement concerns UAS class C — medium observation and necessary equipment, accessories, spare parts, training and servicing. The purpose of UAS class C is to enable the Swedish and Norwegian Police to solve long-term observation assignments. The estimated scope is based on a probable upper withdrawal.
