In order to ensure a professional, proper, economical and speedy handling of pollutants and (hazardous) waste, the AG intends to introduce a pollutant management system. Since the AG itself does not have sufficient technical qualifications for such pollutant management, the pollutant management should be carried out by external qualified service providers.

The object of the pollutant management, however, is not the actual remediation, transport and disposal work for the removal of pollutants and the disposal of (hazardous) waste. These services, which are to be managed within the framework of the activities advertised here, are provided by third service providers of the AG.

The AG will meet the concrete needs in individual cases by awarding individual orders, which will be made to the contractor on the basis of this framework contract. Client and contract partner of the respective individual order is exclusively the owner of the property concerned, ie Gewobag Wohnungsbau-Aktiengesellschaft Berlin, Gewobag WB Wohnen in Berlin GmbH, Gewobag PB Wohnen in Prenzlauer Berg GmbH, Gewobag KA GmbH & Co. KG or Potsdamer Strasse 148 GmbH & Co. KG. The owner holding the property is specified by the AG in the respective individual order.
