The assignment includes regular cleaning, maintenance of equipment and handling of waste materials to ensure a clean, safe and well-functioning environment for our citizens and contribute to a sustainable and efficient management of recycling.
We want a supplier who can offer flexible solutions, meet high environmental and sustainability standards and be proactive in their work. The procurement covers a number of recycling stations and is expected to last for a defined period of time.
Overview scope
From 1 January 2024, Tyresö municipality is responsible for collecting packaging waste from households in Tyresö. The customer will, among other things, fulfil its responsibility by providing collection via recycling stations.
The purpose of this agreement is to regulate assignments between clients and contractors that include supervision, cleaning and maintenance of recycling stations as well as municipally owned crane-emptying containers in Tyresö municipality. Maintenance refers to winter maintenance and maintenance of land surfaces, enclosures and information boards. The customer intends to carry out an annual inventory and continuous refurbishment under its own auspices.
Basic view of the mission
The common ambition for the assignment is to:
achieve a tidy environment at and adjacent to ÅVS and municipally owned crane-emptying containers.
The area at ÅVS and municipally owned crane-emptying containers should be inviting to visitors and there should be no obstacles in the form of debris, minor weeds, snow, risk of slipping or other inconveniences.
ÅVS and municipally owned tap-emptying containers should be perceived as clean by visitors and passers-by after completion of cleaning.

The cleaning schedule and cleaning instructions are updated in agreement at operational meetings or if input is made from each party. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that the cleaning staff has access to the latest version.
The Customer expects the Contractor to proudly and with a great sense of responsibility manage, care for and develop the assignment, including the waste containers provided. The assignment should be carried out with commitment and quality. The contractor's staff should be active, solution-focused and clear. This will be expressed by the staff, among other things:
Have a respectful and pleasant treatment of the client's other partners and the residents of the municipalities.
Drive vehicles in the most environmentally and road-safe way possible.
Care for and maintain vehicles, collection containers and other equipment so that service life increases and function is maintained.
Actively develops their skills.
Follows current procedures.
Makes suggestions for improvement and development opportunities regarding working methods and service.
