The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of waste from the commune of Czernichów in 2020, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of waste from the commune of Czernichów in 2020, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage.
The subject of the order should be made in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular:
- The Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended),
- The Act of 27.4.2001 Environmental Protection Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1396, as amended),
- the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701, as amended),
- Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11.1.2013 regarding detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122),
- Ordinance of the Minister of the Environment of 14.12.2016 on the level of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of some municipal waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2167),
- Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15.12.2017 on the levels for limiting the storage of biodegradable municipal waste mass (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412),
- Waste Management Plan - Resolution No. V / 37/7/2017 of 24.4.2017 of the Silesian Voivodship Assembly regarding the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodship for 2016-2022,
- Resolution No. XXIX / 241/2017 of the Czernichów Commune Council of 8.12.2017 on the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, in exchange for the waste management fee paid by the property owner municipal,
- Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Czernichów, adopted by resolution of the Council of Czernichów Commune No. XXIII / 193/2017 of 31.3.2017 as amended by resolution No. XXIX / 239/2017 of 8.12.2017 and resolution no.
