The subject of this contract is the supply of active electricity for street lighting and the Employer's facilities in Gostynin, as well as subordinate units and a municipal company, which will take place under the conditions set out in the provisions of the Act of 10.4.1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2017 r., item 220, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law", binding regulations and provisions of the Act of 29.1.2004 - Public Procurement Law issued on its basis (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1986) , and executive acts to the Act, the Act of 23.4.1964 - Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2017, item 93, as amended), in accordance with the principles set out in the concessions, the provisions of the Delivery Agreement, the conditions contained in this Specification Essential Terms of the Order, and any explanations given by the Employer in the course of the tender procedure.
