Services of the technical equipment plant group 4 and 5, LP 1-9 according to §53 HOAI for step-by-step commissioning

The Ostallgäu-Kaufbeuren Clinics intend to locate an integrated emergency center at the Kaufbeuren Hospital. For this purpose, services of the technical equipment plant groups 4 and 5 are required for the service phases 1-9 according to §33 HOAI.

In the existing areas of the ground floor, the INZ is to be built on approx. 400 m².

The renovation is taking place while the hospital is still in operation.

As a preliminary measure, the MVZ will be implemented.

Area: approx. 400 m² NuF plus technical and traffic areas;

Events:

The 1st level of performance is called up directly after placing the order.

Start of planning: immediately after commissioning.

The further stages are called up depending on the RvS and the approval of the quota application.
