Fitting out works of pharmacy manufacturing facility. The Unit is anticipated to comprise an expanded sterile/non sterile production area, an aseptic production area, the regional Quality Control laboratory and the associated support sections such as warehousing, distribution, customer services and finance. The fit out works are anticipated to comprise the following: the internal formation of all the individual areas required including structure, services, finishes, air systems etc, all Internal services, steam raising plant for processes and heating, specialist water plant, cooling system, production and laboratory equipment, validation process, Building Regulations and Fire Officer Approval.
