Description:
Framework agreement for outdoor advertising

Implementation of measures in connection with the DWI's outdoor advertising campaigns on advertising media at various locations in Germany for the years 2021 to 2024.

The service provided by the contractor relates to the entire processing of campaign advertising for the client:

1. Identification and selection of the most suitable out-of-home media according to the media usage and mobility profile of the target groups of the German Wine Institute and the respective task for the individual flight,

2. Media purchase / booking / billing of all out-of-home areas for the account of Deutsche Weinwerbe GmbH,

3. Obtaining offers for the printing / production of the out-of-home areas,

4. Commissioning of the offers in coordination with the DWI,

5. Production of advertising material,

6. assembly and disassembly of advertising material,

7. Performance evaluation for the media for which performance evaluation is possible. Alternatively, frequency data can also be used,

8. Documentation of the service provision with a selection of at least one receipt photo per booked medium and city,

9. Obtaining all necessary official permits,

10. Control of the provision of services, maintenance and, if necessary, repairs and renewals during the campaign period.

"Out-of-home media" means the following media in particular:

- transport media;

- poster media;

- station media;

- Digital media in public space.
